The Duo is the minimalist, ultra-lightweight device for strengthening one finger... or two. Designed to isolate muscular and tendon work precisely, it features a 25 mm bi-finger grip and a perfectly calibrated mono-finger.

Its compact size fits in the palm of your hand, but it unfolds its full potential as soon as you hook it onto a branch, a quickdraw, or simply use it on the ground with a weight or a bungee cord.
